Terms of Website Use
About this website
nevweb.co.uk is the website of Richard Neville — Web Application Engineering. It is operated by Richard Neville, a sole trader, based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.
The website describes my web application engineering services and related platform work for businesses. For questions about the website, you can use the Contact form. Privacy matters can be sent to privacy@nevweb.co.uk.
These terms concern use of the website. They do not set the scope, price, delivery dates, intellectual-property arrangements or support commitments for a client project.
Enquiries and project agreements
Submitting an enquiry, receiving an acknowledgement or reading information on this site does not create a contract for development, consultancy, hosting or support.
Any work requires a separately agreed proposal, scope and applicable contractual terms. An initial discussion or high-level suggestion is not a promise to carry out work free of charge or a binding commitment to a particular result. Where deeper discovery is proposed, its scope and cost are agreed separately.
Descriptions of FusionStack and its components explain the platform direction and capabilities described on the site. They are not a software licence or a guarantee that every feature is available for a particular project. Any relevant deliverables, licences and project-specific commitments must be agreed separately.
Website content and intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website’s original text, design, graphics and branding belong to Richard Neville or are used with permission. Third-party material remains subject to its applicable rights and licences.
You may view the website and keep reasonable copies for your own internal business evaluation. You must not reproduce or commercially exploit its original content, branding or software without permission or another lawful basis for doing so. These terms do not grant a licence to FusionStack or override any expressly published open-source licence applying to particular material.
Appropriate use
Use the website lawfully. Do not submit malicious code, use the form for spam, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service or misuse information obtained through it. Do not misrepresent your identity or provide information you have no right to share.
Please do not send credentials, payment-card details or sensitive third-party information through the initial enquiry form. If a project needs confidential technical material, we can agree an appropriate way to exchange it.
Accuracy, availability and links
I take care over the site’s information, but it is general information about my work rather than advice tailored to your circumstances. Content may change and the site may occasionally be unavailable. Confirm requirements and commitments directly before relying on them for a project decision.
Links to other websites are provided for information. Their operators are responsible for their own content and policies; a link does not by itself imply endorsement.
Responsibility and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by law, I do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to this website. Responsibility for commissioned work is governed by the separately agreed project terms. These website terms do not override mandatory legal rights or an applicable signed agreement.
Privacy and cookies
The Privacy Notice explains how personal information is used. The Cookie Policy explains necessary storage, optional analytics and how to change your preferences. These documents provide information and choices; visiting the website does not itself amount to consent to optional tracking.
Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated to reflect the site and relevant requirements. Changes to website terms do not amend an existing project agreement by themselves.
These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes concerning them are subject to the courts of England and Wales, subject to any applicable mandatory rules.
